At Ottawa Home Services financing options are always available. Our standard methods of payment are cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard but other means are also available for you to choose from.
6-month deferral
This option is made available by Enbridge Financial Services at no cost to you and would enable you to finance all of your purchase including the taxes. There would be no payment required and no interest accrued for the 6-month period. Any outstanding balance would be collected monthly on the Enbridge gas bill. ($2000 Minimum purchase required)

~ 60% of Homes Pre-Approved for $ 10,000
12-month deferral
This option is also available but would be subject to administration fees equal to 3% of the total purchase. Enbridge on-bill financing is not available with this option. See “promotions page” for potential 12-month deferral specials.
Low Monthly Payments
This option is made available by TD Canada Trust and provides the client with competitive interest rates as well as low monthly payments. There would be no administration fee required. Monthly payment amount can be as low as $ 57.45 on a $5,000.00 purchase.
