After Hour Emergency Heating Service is only provided to clients who currently have a ‘Preventative Maintenance Agreement’ with Ottawa Home Services.
If you currently have a ‘Preventative Maintenance Agreement’ with us, please call 613-829-9700 and one of our on-call service technicians will be happy to assist you with your request for emergency service.
If you do not currently have a ‘Preventative Maintenance Agreement’ with us and still require service, please call our office at 613-829-9700 during regular business hours to schedule your appointment and ask how you can save 20% off your first service call by becoming one of our preferred customers.
When requesting a service call, one of our qualified technicians will be sent to your home to diagnose the cause of the problem and provide a formal estimate for the repair. This scope of work will be subject to the Diagnostic charge of $85.00 plus GST.
The on-site estimate for repair provided by our technician during the Diagnostic is based on a flat rate pricing system. The benefit to flat rate pricing is that it protects the customer from any additional labor costs if unforeseen problems occur during the repair of the equipment or if travel time is required to pick up a replacement part.
All repairs are backed by a 1-year parts and 90-day labor warranty.
