In choosing an updated gas fireplace for the home, Al provided many options and went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with our selection, taking the time to sort through available stock for the fireplace insert. The unit is both energy efficient as well as esthetically pleasing. Having shopped around, the total installation price was also better than many of their competitors.
Randy installed the fireplace, and this was done in a pleasant and timely fashion. The room was left clean, which isn't always the case when workmen come in to your home!!!
