We chose to take on Ottawa Home Services for our annual furnace maintenance program, as they offer very competitive rates. We have had our first furnace cleaning done by Andrew and are satisfied with the results. There had always been a loud "clunking" sound when the furnace would switch on to heat while the fan was running. Without any mention of it to him, the problem now seems to be rectified. He also thoroughly washed clean the fan, which I'm not entirely sure has always been the case with our previous heating and cooling company.
All this to say we would not hesitate to encourage other family members, friends, or anyone for that matter to give Ottawa Home Services a call.
