Property Requirements
- Must be a residential property in Ontario
- Single detached, semi-detached, row house, townhome, or mobile home on permanent foundation
- Must have been occupied for at least 6 months
- New builds do not qualify
Rebates Available:
Enbridge Gas Customer (Natural Gas)
- Up to $2,000 back ($500/ton) on Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pumps
Electric Heating Customers
- Up to $7,500 back ($1,250/ton) on Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pumps
Customer Requirements
- Must own the home where heat pump will be installed
- Must be either:
- An Enbridge Gas customer with active account and natural gas heating, OR
- Connected to Ontario electricity grid with electric heating
- First-time heat pump installations only (replacements not eligible)

Step 2 – Complete Your Installation
Choose Ottawa Home Services as your qualified contractor to install your new heat pump system. We’ll ensure your installation meets all program requirements.
Important to know:
- Professional installation by a qualified contractor is required
- Equipment must be on Natural Resources Canada’s qualified products list
Step 3 – Receive Your Rebate
We’ll handle all the paperwork and submit the required documentation on your behalf. Once approved, you’ll receive your rebate directly.
